Grant Process

Reston Runway to the Cure, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that stages an annual fashion “runway” event in the Reston Town Center in Reston, Virginia to raise funds for national breast cancer research and local patient assistance programs.  Each year, Reston Runway to the Cure, Inc. dedicates the proceeds from its runway show to both 1) a national organization conducting research to end breast cancer through a direct donation and 2) grants to 501(c)(3) community-based breast cancer non-profit organizations in the local Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area that provide support services to breast cancer warriors.  Our grantees are awarded in April of each year, and announced in advance of our runway show, which is held in September or October.

To be considered for a grant, please fill out the Grant Application Form below.  Once submitted, it will go through a review process before funding is considered.  We may call finalists for interviews before final approval and you will be notified by email when a decision is made to either fund or decline your request for the current funding year.

If funds are awarded, Reston Runway to the Cure, Inc. will require you to sign a co-marketing partnership agreement, which will include details on how we expect to work with our grant recipients.
